Their beers are always sold on shelf in bottle or canning.

4 vessels brewhouse includs Mash tun, Lauter tun, Kettle tun and Whirlpool tun. 

This design is mostly used for large commercial breweries to do continuous brew per day.

The complete setup of these breweries is in compliance with modern brewery standards and specifications. 

These products enable systematic execution of milling, mashing, fermentation, filtration, filling 

and other related processes. 

We subject each brewing system to stringent testing procedures before launching them in the market.

 

Work Process for four vessels 2000l brewhouse :

Mashing is the process of combining the milled grain and hot water, heating this mixture to different

 temperatures to achieve step mashing in a vessel called a "mash tun". 

We get mash after step mashing. The mash will be pumped to lauter tank to process mash lautering 

until the wort is clear. 

After lautering, the clear wort will be transferred to Kettle tun for wort boiling and hop adding. 

After 1-1.5 hour wort boiling, the wort will be pumped to Whirlpool tank for whirlpooling, 

forcing the denser solids (coagulated proteins, vegetable matter from hops) into a cone 

in the center of the Whirlpool tank. After Whirlpooling, wort will be cooled immediately 

by heat exchanger and go to fermenter for fermentation.
