What is hop gun?

Hop Gun is used for drying hopping during fermentation process.

Beer is circulated between Hop Gun and fermentation tank until the required degree of extraction is reached. 

This process is driven by a gentle diaphragm pump and must take place 

under isobaric and completely oxygen-free circumstance.

What capacity do we have for hop gun?

And How many KG hops pallets can we hold for each capacity?

Typically, the density of hop pallets is about 480-550g/L, 

while the swell factor is often 2-3 when meeting with water. 

So the KG hops pallets can be hold in hop gun as below:

100L hop gun: 10KG is suggested and max capacity can be 15KG

200L hop gun: 20KG is suggested and max capacity can be 30KG
