Aerobic fermentation tank, also work as SCOBY storage tank, is single layer fermenter without pressure,no cooling jacket, ferment in room temperature, fill O2 for aerobic fermentation.
After primary fermentation, kombucha is injected into double layer jacketed fermentation tank, add juice or additives, fermenting for 10 days, then cool down for yeast sediment.
Filter Kombucha by Membrane filter after fermentation.
After filtering, the kombucha is injected into Brite Tank, it is for filtered Kombucha storage and carbonate the Kombucha for package.
Finally stage, tunnel/ flash pasteurizer for extend shelf life time.
