This 1000l 3 Vessels Brewhouse Beer Brewery System  is located at Chile. 

The owner are very professional in beer brewing. 

It is very lucky for us to have a chance to built their 1000l brewery in 2021.

1 x 1000L grist hopper

1x 1000L 3 Vessels Brewhouse (MLT+KWT2+KWT2) Two kettle tank can apply a faster brewing 

1 x 10M2 single stage heat exchanger

1 x 2000L Hot water tank

1 x 2000L Cold water tank

1 x steam boiler powered by Bio-mass Fuel

1 x Steam distributor and complete steam pipeline

1 x 200L Condensate Recovery Tank

6 x 1000L Fermentation Unitank with carbonation stone, level pipe and spunding valve

2 x 2000L Fermentation Unitank with carbonation stone, level pipe and spunding valve

1 x 100L yeast recycle tank

1 x 100L CIP Cart Unit

1 x manual keg filler device

Part II: 1000L brewery layout, 2D and 3D drawing design before manufacturing

As the brewery have a space limitation, so we design the brewing tank and fermentation tank slim and tall to make sure it can fit in the space.
