What Should We Design The Brewhouse Tanks For Burner Direct Fire Heating Unit?

For brewhouse, normally there are three heating way, electric heating,

 steam heating and burner direct fire heating.

Electric heating requires bigger power supply in brewery and it is very popular in Canada area.

If it is not easy to get so big power supply in brewery, 

 steam heating and burner direct fire heating will be a good choice. 

But steam heating requires strict in some areas like USA, Australia and Chile. 

So most customers from those area like burner direct fire heating for brewhouse.

But how to design the combustor of brewhouse tanks scientifically?

First the flange connection should be designed as the burner flange, 

so Brewman will need a detail flange drawing if you prepared burner locally. 

You know sometimes you have to use same brand with your gas company suggestion.

Second, the exhaust port of combustor should have insulation to avoid scald.

Third, we should design some baffle before exhaust port in the combustor 

to avoid the heating loss from the exhaust port.

Forth, the insulation of tank should be fireproof and long service time.
